• App Interaction Scope: The mobile application is primarily designed for information inquiry, push notifications, and monitoring progress (Read-Only & Status Tracking). The only active interaction is the Director's Approval Confirmation ("Ký Duyệt"), which is executed by transmitting an authenticated command to the enterprise backend server (NO on-device cryptographic signing or certificates).
To prevent any ambiguity regarding digital signatures or hardware tokens:
- Primarily Read-Only & Information Monitoring: For general staff and department managers, the mobile app is strictly an informational tool to view assigned tasks, read incoming dispatches, check meeting calendars, and receive APNs push alerts. Users do not author or execute cryptographic operations on mobile devices.
- One-Touch Approval Confirmation (Termed as "Ký" / Sign in Vietnam Business): Only the C-Level / Director account possesses the authority to confirm document approval. When the Director reviews a document and taps "Ký Phê Duyệt" (Approve), this action merely submits an authorized HTTPS command to the enterprise Odoo backend server.
- NO On-Device Cryptographic Signature: The mobile application DOES NOT generate public/private key pairs, does NOT manage digital certificates (CA/PKI), and does NOT interact with cryptographic tokens or smartcards. All document stamping, watermark embedding, and PDF archival processing are executed 100% on the secure enterprise server backend.
Q1: Why is this application distributed as an Unlisted App?
The application is designed exclusively for organizations, enterprises, and corporate employees that have an active enterprise subscription contract with CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN GIẢI PHÁP PHẦN MỀM SSC (SSC SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS JSC). Making the app publicly discoverable on the general App Store search would confuse regular retail consumers who cannot use the app without an enterprise server endpoint. Because the app does not support in-app account creation, employee account offboarding and revocation are handled directly by the client organization's IT Admin in compliance with enterprise labor and archiving policies. When an employee leaves the company, the enterprise admin deactivates the user account in the Odoo backend, immediately terminating all mobile access and wiping active device sessions.
